How does board data recovery work?
The memory chip (NAND flash) on which your data is stored is extremely robust and almost never breaks in accidents. The problem is the logic board around it: If capacitors are short-circuited, the power supply to the processor collapses.
We locate the error under the stereo microscope using thermal imaging cameras and multimeters. We unsolder defective SMD components, pull fine bridging wires (jumpers) and replace power management ICs (PMIC). The goal is to make the logic board **temporarily operational** in order to safely read out the data.
Data security guarantee
Your privacy is absolutely protected with us. We do not view private pictures or messages. After reading, we copy your data in encrypted form onto a data storage medium or directly onto your new smartphone.
No data – no costs
We work fairly: If we are unable to save data from your flash memory despite all the soldering work at chip level, you only pay the flat rate for the diagnosis. No financial risk!
