Warranty, diagnosis & insurance
12 month warranty:When using original parts (original service packs) and on all of the repair work we carry out, you will receive a full warranty and guarantee of 12 months.
Error diagnosis:We determine the defect in your device in advance. If you then have your cell phone repaired by us, the diagnostic costs will be completely eliminated! Otherwise we charge a flat rate of €29 for mobile phones.
Insurance damage:We will create a detailed, illustrated cost estimate for you to submit to your liability, household contents or value guaranteed cell phone insurance for a flat rate of €29, which will be credited when the repair is carried out.
